Quit on paper.
One page at a time.

A quiet Android counter for quitting nicotine, in the units you actually use. No account, no cloud, and no shame when you slip.

Last Smoke home screen: a large hand-drawn day counter with money saved beneath it

Start where you are

The counter speaks your product's units, from puffs and pods to pouches and tins. One product at a time is all it takes. Pick yours:

A counter that survives slips

Log a slip and the counter does not reset to zero. The cigarettes you did not smoke stay not smoked, the money you did not spend stays saved, and the day gets one honest line in the ledger instead of a red X.

The number you watch is the good number: days on, money back in your pocket, and the share of smoke-free days over time. That last one is the honest metric. A bad Tuesday moves it a little. It does not erase the month.

Everything else in the notebook

Thirty days of CBT

One short lesson a day, a month long. Nine thinking traps, each with a three-question evidence check, because "just one won't hurt" deserves an argument, not a warning label.

SOS for the worst minutes

Breathing exercises for the craving, a small arcade game for the peer-pressure moment, and a recovery checklist for after a slip. Nothing here is off-limits behind a paywall.

Widgets on your home screen

The count lives where your thumb already is. Small, medium, or large: days, money, and the smoke-free share, drawn in the same ink.

Private by design

No account. No sign-in.

The app works offline and your data stays on your phone, where a quit ledger belongs.

Analytics are optional and off-able in Settings.

Try it free, then own it

Everything is unlocked for the first 7 days: no card, no account, no nagging. After 7 days, keep everything forever with a single one-time unlock (no subscription, ever), or keep going free with quiet ads that never touch SOS or the game.
